At least Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 certified Advance Admin (ADM211) certified will be
Preferred
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications will be an added plus
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform including LEX, with the ability to build custom apps and
objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Build custom reports and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Experience with banking processes preferred
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
