Duration: 6 months (with strong possibility of Extension)

The Expertise client is looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 1-3 years of software development experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
Financial services experience and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Communities will be a differentiator.

The Purpose of Your Role:
You will build new functions for CRM capabilities and experiences used by our client facing associates.
You will have to deeply understand our clients, deeply understand our associates, and think strategically about enabling an amazing experience using Salesforce cloud ecosystem that enables our associates to meet our clients need at every turn…while tactically delivering said experience every day.
The Skills You Bring:
Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities
Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform including all aspects of declarative system configuration
Working knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Components
Demonstrated understanding of release management and quality assurance processes.
Experience in using agile methodologies and driving development platforms
Strong technical aptitude and personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
Superb communication skills in order to provide pros and cons of various solution options for a given business need.

Understand the vision of business partners then lead the translation into solutions on the Salesforce Platform and communication of technical scope
Drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions. Simplify and modernize solutions and services by planning standardized interfaces, removing redundancies, improving efficiencies, sharing feature / functionality context across multiple business lines, solutions and business needs.
Work with speed and urgency in an Agile environment, using Agile methodologies with a goal of defining canonical solution models that maximize reuse and ensure team velocity.
