Job Description :
  • 8+ years’ experience as a primary Salesforce Developer of Apex Classes and Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components, test class coverage and the Salesforce API.
  • 8+ years’ experience as primary admin/analyst of declarative Salesforce setup components and configuration, including flows, validations, approval rules, permissions, etc.
  • Strong soft skillset: analytical, troubleshooting, communication, effective listening and collaboration.
  • Ability to understand and follow Salesforce implementation and release best practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience.
  • Both Salesforce developer and administrator certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Appexchange solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Data modelling, management, security and SOQL.
  • Experience with Workbench, Developer Console, Salesforce Dataloader, Github, AutoRabit, etc.
  • Understanding of the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Business function skills, i.e. capable of interpreting business requirements, etc.
  • Experience developing and documenting system design specifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes and release management processes.
  • Comfortable practicing Agile Methodology.
  • Experience with data and system migrations a plus.
  • Full Stack development /other system API experience a plus.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications a plus, i.e. Administration, Service Cloud, Community, Data Architecture, etc.
  • Experience with iPaaS systems a plus (Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.)
