This client is building a team of resources to help continue to the build and enhancement of a Behavioral Health application. This application will allow patients to log in and interact with Behavioral Health coaches to get support for stress management, depression, and soon weight management and nutrition.
This application has already been built and put into production at a basic level for current members. These developers will jump into a fairly aggressive set of timelines over the next year to continue to enhance, add new features, and push updates through iOS and Android stores.
All team members will be working closely with an off shore development team in Ukraine, who was responsible for the original development of the application, but long term the client is looking to bring a full product team on shore.
Development candidates ideally have experience working on a large mobile application and know the logistics of pushing updates through app stores. They do not have to have experience building from scratch, but definitely want to see individuals who can speak to how they specifically made enhancements or add ons in previous projects.
Must Haves:
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
PostgreSQL
Understanding of concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
Plusses:
Understanding of server-side templating language(s), Helm
Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS
