Role: RPA Tech lead/Architect
Start date – 04/11
Location – Remote to start, Post that St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC
Duration – 6 months 
Relevant Experience (Years):  10+ Years
Rate: $60/hr on C2C

Job Description:
Experience in architecting and designing automation solutions using UiPath/Pega Robotics
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
Must have 4+ years of Development experience with SQL, Net or Other programming language. 
Must have 2+ year of UiPath or other RPA tools experience
Must have 2+ Years Tech Lead experience
Excellent communication skills and exemplary delivery skills to manage highly volatile client environment
Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
Good to have - Basic knowledge in Pega BPM platform
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
Proven Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
Good to have – hosting automation solutions in cloud (public/private).
Good to have – Healthcare domain knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up the Pega Robotics development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc)
Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
Setup service design review meeting with Client stakeholders, Architect review board and follow up for service design approval.
Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
Co-ordinate & Lead team (Onshore/Offshore) and manage timely delivery
Effective communication and co-ordination with other internal stakeholders to review solution components, infra setup, deployment etc. 
Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
Collaborate with BA’s, SME’s and review PDD to leverage for development.
Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle 
Setup the process flows in UiPath Orchestrator, manage deployments across various environments
Provide custom C#, .NET solution if OOTB components are not available
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Support UAT and rollout phases.
Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing. 
Manage releases by creating change tickets and co-ordinate with Change review board 
Support go-live roll out 
Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
Prepare status report documenting details related to upcoming milestones, risks/dependencies and setup review meetings with client stakeholders.
