Job Description:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience coaching senior level executives on Agile

·        Collaborate with LOB or Groups to understand key value streams of work and help enable alignment of organization design, team members and resources to the key value streams of work

·        Support the Agile Delivery Centre roll out plan and establish near, mid and long term objectives and action plans

·        Train agile teams and provides coaching through the process of onboarding, initial project sprints, and as needed throughout the project lifecycle, to help team members develop their skills and become self-sufficient

·        Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners

·        Supports in determining which delivery frameworks and methodologies are relevant to different complex initiatives

·        Communicates to Senior Executives with Management Reports

·        Experience in software development will be an advantage

·        Be respectfully persuasive at the executive level to identify impactful change opportunities and provide guidance on solutions

·        Display a passion for coaching and developing Agile teams

·        Bring industry knowledge from the Agile community

·        Should have worked on various Rally tools like Rally / JIRA / Service Now & guide teams on effective tool configurations

·        Conduct training, facilitation and coaching of distributed teams across the Lean-Agile values and specific techniques/methods, preferably within the Scaled Agile Framework (but also within Scrum, Kanban, DevOps )

·        Help drive team toward practices aligned with DevOps principles, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Delivery

·        Partner with the Agile Transformation Lead to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs

·        Will use influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification

·        Will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style

·        •  Excellent communication and partners   hip skills will be used when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

·        Assist Scrum and Kanban teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes and ceremonies

·        Advance Business, IT and Operations leadership’s understanding of their respective roles within Agile

·        Provide training/workshops, as needed and support for all Agile Communities of Practice

·        Consults on and utilizes the latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies

·        Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes

·        Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are performing

·        Working together with the Scrum Masters and supporting them to increase business value

·        Consulting the Business and stakeholders to remove barriers and change processes to facilitate the delivery of agile solutions
