Position : Sr. Technical Writer

Job Description:
Responsibilities :
• Work directly with the architects and engineers to develop, from a technical, educational, and documentation creation review perspective, the technical documentation required through the project groups assessment, intake, and pattern development for compute, network, storage, and security infrastructure projects.
• Develop and incorporate best practices and improvements into documentation standards and processes/methodologies to increase marketing and branding of resiliency efforts.
• Engage with key technology business partners to understand infrastructure documentation requirements, application architecture roadmaps, and software development lifecycles.
• Work with technology leadership, technology product development, support teams and vendors to ensure on time, on budget, and quality delivery of technical documentation that support the strategic direction of the business and technology.
• Design, implement and support the peer group review process for documenting and publishing technical information.
• Support an established work group concept, requiring one to maintain schedule, version, and release of documentation needed to promote healthy change within our technology organization
Additional Requirements :
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• 5 or more years of copy and technical writing experience for hardware and software in a technology infrastructure organization
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform technical needs into compelling architectural and advanced academic language
• Ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts across several technology domains like compute, networking, storage, security
• Deep understanding and experience in technical architecture and technology communications.
