React and strong hold on RIA2.0 or 3.0
ReactJs Version 15.0 and above is most important/try to find 16 Ver as client is working on those.
React/Redux recent exp minimum 2 years or more. (Rating should be good)
We need skill full programmer make sure he is really good in coding.
Experience on WRIA 3.0 if he has worked in the past with Wells Fargo, would be an added advantage
