Responsibilities:
Work with project teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interfaces.
Works closely with business analysts, business sponsors, project managers and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements.
Creates the design of user interface specifications, by applying client research, design standards, industry best practices, considering strategic business objectives, user needs, systems constraints.
Participates in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation.
Executes business acceptance test cases and testing.
Works with the project managers to ensure that usability deliverables accommodate project timelines, budgets, technical and scope constraints.
Contributes to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of efficient and effective usability methodology/process, documentation, workflow, ROI, metrics and design standards.
Acts as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design. Bachelor’s degree in human factors/usability or related discipline.
Help drive and shape the web user experience for the state-of-the-art condition monitoring product.
Build a best-in-class product for dealers worldwide, to lower cost of service, and improve customer support.
Responsible for design and development of intuitive web UI components using modern React JavaScript framework.
Collaboration with PO/PM and Platform teams for refining of UI requirements
Designing of UI widgets and components based on the wireframes documented in the business features.
Development and Testing (Unit, Integration and Performance) assigned UI features with backend integration using RESTful APIs.
Participation and contribution for achievement of team and project goals by being an effective Scrum team member.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
4 years of React UI design and development experience with TypeScript and React Redux.
8 years of experience of UI & Web development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular or Vue) and other related technologies such as Jest, modern module bundler experience like Webpack, Cucumber and RESTful API.
Note that not just React but TypeScript and Redux are also important.
4 years of React UI design and development experience with TypeScript and React Redux.
8 years of experience of UI & Web development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular or Vue) and other related technologies such as Jest, modern module bundler experience like Webpack, Cucumber and RESTful API.
3 years of experience GIT, agile Scrum and CI/CD.
Experience with AWS Cloud
Familiarity with API management tools such as Swagger and Postman
Working knowledge of other JavaScript Tools and Technologies such as EcmaScript+, Nx monorepo, ES Lint and Cypress E2E testing framework.
