Job Description :

Title::: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst

Location::::100% remote

General

  1. Minimum 3+ years of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  2. Good knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.
  3. Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in WFA (Global HR) / Application Security
  4. Exposure to any other module is highly preferred – Talent / Absence / Benefits / OTL / Comp
  5. At least 1 years of experience in working through Agile Project Management model

Functional

  1. Good Knowledge in Global HR setups & Application Security setups (Roles, Privileges etc).
  2. Experience in designing OTBI & BIP Reports
  3. Subject Matter expertise in doing personalization for complex scenarios
  4. Configuration expertise on other modules is highly preferred
  5. Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
  6. Strong in consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.

Technical/Project Management

  1. Should have expertise in HCM Data Loader & BI Publisher tools
  2. Expert in SQL programming (Advanced level)
  3. Exposure to Cloud architecture

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects
  2. Resolve technical / config issues
  3. Lead special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  4. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
  5. Lead testing activities for Release Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
  6. Should be able to manage regular product upgrades
  7. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
  8. Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
  9. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Process (DRP).
