Microsoft  Docmap Support JD


This role requires knowledge and expertise Multiple Microsoft application support Customer communication and offshore co-ordination.  The person will be point-of-contact for customer for a group of application in various technology (Document Management, SharePoint and  3rd Party)

Lead the Digital team from onsite.

Good understanding of ITIL processes specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service request and Change Management.

Good communication skills and experience of directly managing the client is a must.

Experience of managing teams/projects or escalations would be preferred

Good Understanding of Microsoft technologies – (must have experience with Docmaps)

Technical Requirements:

·         8-9 years of experience in .NET/Sharepoint/Azure and other MS technologies - development/support/maintenance activities

·         2-3 years of experience in OneOcean Docmap dev or support is a must, Docmap v8.0 experience would be preferred

·         Familiarity and experience on 2 or more Docmap modules: Document Management, e-Forms, Risk Assessments, Audit and Analytics

·         Good debugging skills for faster Production issue resolution

Responsibilities:

·         SLA management of Group of MS applications (L2/L3 support)

·         Co-ordination with offshore to get all Incidents, Request resolved in a timely manner

·         Provide technical support for Microsoft based and 3rd Party production and non-production environment

·         Code changes for Docmaps (CR implementation)

·         Support activities include incident management- bug fixes, application configurations, root cause analysis, service request resolution- application access & permission, feature enhancement

·         Perform knowledge transition and documentation from exiting Production support team

·         Ensure response and resolution time SLAs are achieved as per agreement

·         Guide and assist business users of Docmap on platform features and functionalities

·         Prepare and share weekly/quarterly/monthly incident management and service request

·         Impart technical support training to the support teams as required

Coordinate wiith OneOcean for issue resolution of any critical production issues
