Skills:
1. Contact center Testing - Call outing Testing, Workforce Management Testing, Call Recording and Analysis, Reporting
2. Agent Desktop Testing
3. Computer Telephony Interface Testing
4. Experience in IVR platform and players: Cisco & Nuance
5. Speech recognition and routing testing is a plus
6. End-End Testing with IVR,CRM and DB
7. Experience in the Automation Tool – Hammer (Desired) or Cyara
