Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience within one of the four (4) software platforms identified within this SOW. (Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), ACCELA, SALESFORCE CITIZEN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM))

Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify needs for reporting;

Design, build, test, and generate reports utilizing information databases; review, revise format and analyzes data to ensure information meets user needs;

Create and modify queries, views, stored procedures, and reports using SSRS, Workday Reporting, UKG Reporting, Salesforce, and/or Tableau;

Build and maintain calculated fields, where applicable within the specific application environment, in accordance with best practices and industry standards;

Work with the security team to build reports that are compliant with the security roles and privileges (specifically within Workday);

Collaborates closely with technical support, database administrators, systems analyst, software developers, and other business groups;

Troubleshoot and resolve report related issues;

Aides in data discovery or cleanup activities with users and project teams
