Job Description :
  1. Grants Assessment – Cloud Grants SME (Midwest)

 

Summary: Grants subject matter expert will conduct a readiness assessment for Client ABC (Medical Center/Research Institute) to manage pre- and post-award functionality in a Cloud ERP system.

Timing: 8-12 week assessment, 

 

Requirements:

Robust industry expertise in Research Management for Hospital systems, Research Institutes, Universities and/or Cancer Centers

Deep understanding of relevant technologies, ERP and Grants Management systems, across the pre and post-award lifecycle

Specific experience implementing Cloud-based solutions required

Experience advising on leading practice operating and financial models for research institutions

Proven ability to apply leading practice change management strategies to large-scale system implementations to mitigate risk and ensure benefits realization

Output:

o   Subject matter expert will document findings and contribute to:

o   Summary presentation of opportunities, risks, expected benefits and change impacts;

o   Program roadmap for transitioning to a Cloud ERP system which will include estimated timeline, budget, modules, and resource requirements;

o   Prototype of future state chart of accounts segments and definitions

 

 

  1. Workday Merit Implementation (east coast)

 

Overview: they want to finally move forward with implementing Merit for this upcoming merit cycle. We have been working with them this fall to conduct discovery sessions and help them understand the functionality so they can start making decisions.

6 MONTHS

 

 

  1. Workday Payroll Accounting (east coast)

 

Working on an Oracle implementation providing Workday SME expertise in Payroll accounting as they implement Oracle Finance

9 MONTHS

 

Implementation of Workday Labor Distribution and related remediation (HCM Org restructuring) to accommodate client approval requirements.

Support integration of Workday HCM and LD with Oracle Finance and other ancillary systems.

Advise on best practices for Labor Distribution and related processes.

Support development of training materials and client knowledge transfer.

Active cert not needed

 

4) Workday Recruiting Lead (Midwest)

  6 MONTHS

  Recruiting lead for a full platform healthcare implementation

  Active Recruiting cert required         

 

 

5) Workday Integration Developers (Midwest) 

  12 MONTHS

  Need an active Workday Studio Certification
