Job Description :

“Technical PM with experience in Service Now CMDB work. This person would need to be able to take direction from the architect, turn it into work, and manage the work. We have a scrum master who does the scrum pieces, but we are in need of someone who can take some of the load off the architect to define the work so it can be consumed into the backlog.” Need both Discovery and Technical PM experience in general. This role will work directly with the discovery team as a PM going over gaps that may exist during the discovery phase. CVS had completed a Discover Process Assessment. Below is what they are looking for in candidates. He wants our top 2 people. The manager mentioned that this team is implementing the Discovery tool. As a result, most of their challenges are focused on how they properly do this. I would say profiles with this this would be ideal. **Please ask candidates to walk you through their discovery experience** • The identified their gaps/errors in process and their Discovery Schedule • The PM will come in and knock out this check list (Organize/track/reporting responsibilities) • They will be working with stakeholders and must have that presence • They moved to Version San Diego (Ok with versions in to top preference being San Diego, Rome and last Quebec) • This is a check list PM as they will not be responsible for budgets. They need someone to come in to also identify/troubleshoot/follow up with stakeholders for issues (credentials, etc.) Hint: CMDB experience and Discovery do go hand-in-hand, so I believe that was likely the disconnect here… • PM and technical/infrastructure PM background (5+ years of experience) • Lead/manage strategic work for CMDB – configuration management database • Rally/Excel/Outlook • Background-open to any • Experience converting information into stories/agile framework experience • Managing the backlog/responsible for that work • Prefer PMP over CSM
