 Facilitate all aspects of the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Provide oversight to ensure that deliverables align with business requirements.
Author functional specifications and user stories based on requirements.
Ensure the scope, cost, and schedule are met, and performance metrics
are met or exceeds.
Assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
Provide and/or present regular status reports and reviews.
Coordinate knowledge sharing and efficiencies among project stakeholders.
Maintain and coordinate project schedules, tasks, milestones, and achievements.
Provide thought leadership and think creatively on behalf of the needs
of end users.

Qualifications



BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field; or relevant experience working with ticketing systems and
customer support platforms.
7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with at least 3
of those in managing technical solutions.
Experience serving as a scrum master in an Agile software development
environment.
Experience organizing, coordinating, and leading teams in analyzing,
documenting business requirements, functional design, and development
of web application solutions.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to implement requirements,
provide necessary guidance to testers during testing processes.
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (i.e., Azure
Dev Ops, SharePoint, M365).
