1. Extensive knowledge of working within a Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) environment across several Category Management Suite of applications, including Floor Planning Plus, Space Planning Plus, Data Manger, CKB (Oracle or SQL Server) and understand the internetworking of relationships across stores, floorplans, fixtures, sections, and planograms and product positions.
2. Collaborate with multiple business units providing daily technical support of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Category Management Suite, including Citrix installations and Citrix connections, Category Knowledge Base (CKB) utilizing Oracle 19c or higher, Floor Planning Plus, Space Planning Plus, Data Manager, Console, and Category Share.
3. Collaborate and coordinate with networking and proxy teams around the implementation, maintenance, and support of new, existing, and modified systems of any changes including but not limited to upgrade of Category Management Suite and browser support (included Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and safari on mobile devices. As well as the ability to collaborate with ITO on corporate related system issues that impact the overall project and provide requirements for any new software updates required to support the retail and business users; including visiting retail locations to test and document reported systems issues related to internet browser issues, such as downloading content from applications utilizing certain versions of internet browser that conflict with pdf versions and virus protection software.
4. Ability to design and modify custom forms or controls from using VBA and in Open Access using HTML and scripting language.
5. Ability to design dashboards, reports and visualizations within Microsoft Excel Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or Category Management Open Access Reporting Module (Cognos Analytics) as well as the ability to perform VLOOKUPS and complex formulations in Excel.
6. Ability to utilize a project and task tracking system, such as ServiceNow (SNOW), to create, track, maintain, and update tickets coming into the overall data team queue and tickets assigned to you to work on.
7. Experience in writing simple to highly complex SQL scripts against Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS; including sub-queries and or CTE, joins of all types; as well as managing and manipulating large data sets, including data refining or transformation prior to importing data into other systems to be used for querying against and or creating dashboards, reports, and visitations.
8. Attend weekly meetings collaborating across multiple teams discussing status updates, outstanding issues, potential fixes and resolutions, upcoming projects and tasks and special project activities around creative marketing and merchandising new features and updates.
9. Experience working within a .NET Core along with C# within a Microsoft Azure Public Cloud environment running on a VM and ensuring incoming data from various data sources are processed and loaded to the SQL Database from the Azure storage accounts; as well as understand cloud database environments.
