Job Title: Power & Performance Engineer
***Preference to candidates that are local especially with the ramp up stage for first 6-8 weeks.
· Key Note: Looking for applicants with experience in front end GUI development in Windows and Linux (Direct X, OpenGL, etc...).
· Must demonstrated advanced C++ coding skill as well as a background in scripting (Python, Perl, Java) and shell scripts.

Job description:
Assist the Platform Power Architecture team develop C++ power modeling tools for the purposes of providing power estimates of future accelerator development platform architectures.
· Additional Skills and or education: Requires BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar with 1-3 years of experience should be familiar with use & administration of Windows and Linux.
· Must have programming skills E.g. Perl, C/C++, etc. Should be able to provide example projects with OpenGL, DirectX, OpenVG, etc.
· Must have good oral and written communication skills and be comfortable working with team members from multiple geo locations.
· Must be a self-starter who looks for the opportunity to take ownership and lead. Ability to read/interpret schematics and application notes.
· 3 + years exp. Min bachelor’s degree required.
