I need someone who can speak to outside teams and explain complex processes in a way that is easy to understand. Can we focus on getting candidates who have good communication skills?

Also, all candidates be able to provide tier 2 support for Workday absence and/or timekeeping. That should help eliminate candidates that don't have the right technical skills.
