Description of Services
• 7+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.
• 5+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of CSSCSS extension languages (LessSass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using {{SketchInVisionAxure, etc.}}.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like A e Illustrator and Photoshop
• Expertise in standard UX software such as SketchOmniGraffleAxureInVisionUXPinBalsamiqFramer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Expertise in Core JavaScriptClient-Side Framework and LibrariesAsynchronous Programming, Writing Cross-Browser Code
• Proficiency in website programming skills such as HTMLAJAXbootstrapHooksCSSspring bootsAngular 8
• Ability to clearly communicate with users, development team, and subject matter experts
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
• Multi-task across several ongoing tasks of varying priorities as required
• Must have excellent documentation skills
Deliverables:
• Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboardsprocess flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Translate concepts into user flowswireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframesuser stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user researchuser testingA/B testingrapid prototypingheuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

2. Previous Employment Verification/Reference (7 years)
3. Education confirmation (degrees only)
4. County criminal - 7-year search (all AKAs that appear on SSN Trace/Credit report)
5. Federal criminal – 7-year search (all AKAs that appear on SSN Trace/Credit report)
6. National Criminal Database Search
7. Homeland Security Search – OFAC + 100 other lists (terrorist, fugitive, individuals excluded from federal procurement, non-procurement, and reciprocal programs)
8. Federal Sanctions and Exclusions – includes GSA Excluded Parties List System and OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities
9. If the contractors have worked/attended school/lived outside of the US in the last 7 years, an international check of these requirements is a must.
