in production."

Responsibilities
"- Identify telemetry gaps in API transactions as well as improper implementation of errors and
exceptions handling.
- Define and implement code best practices for reporting problems in production easily.
- Adapt code to increase observability in current monitoring tools. i.e Full telemetry of API calls
considering all dependencies not only for errors but also for successful requests.
- Enrich monitoring tools with business metrics wherever possible.
- Adapt code to be resilient specially when calling external dependencies. i.e implementation of
retry patterns.
- Capacity planning to avoid bottlenecks when adding functionalities.
- Promotion of build to manage mindset with developers.
- Work closely with current operations, architecture and development teams."
