Job Description :

  • Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmap
  • Purchase Path - Cart/Checkout/ Payment
  • Partner with Development, Operations, Project Management to define product roadmap for Omni-Channel platforms
  • Reduce Cart abandonment by introducing feasible/ effective payment methods
  • Strong technical familiarity with Application Development (Web and Mobile App)
  • Assist Development Leads in analyzing the User stories and Business processes to come up with Technical design & Architecture documents showing orchestration between Functional and Technical flows
  • Ensure Development and Delivery of the products are on time and Manage Expectations
  •  Negotiating with Development Manager, Release Manager and Product Manager of other PODs on features and functionalities to be included in each release
  • Define metrics and dashboards in Jira to track release health that can be reused across Technology by all teams increasing product owner???s efficiency and reducing risk of missing blocking items
  • Expert in working with UX team and create UI using invision tool to support user stories for the new functionalities
  •  Proficient in building business cases, executives presentations, backlog grooming and prioritizing, managing 3rd party vendors and resource management
  • Perform User Acceptance test for the functionalities before launching them in Live environment
  • Manage cross-functional product development by working with cross functional Development (Commerce, Sterling OMS, Payment services & Fraud services) and Product Managers , by providing leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
  • Define, monitor and report KPIs for assessing product vitality and business value
  • Define the Member journey for both the Cart and Checkout experience
  • Analysing product performance and designing as required.
  • Help lead agile ceremonies like journey mapping, story grooming and solution design with engineering and UX team members
  • Foundational knowledge of IBM WCS, OMS solutions for effective solution design discussion with solution architecture team to define scope and timeline and/or integrating payment solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to understand and realise product concepts to delivery
  • Ecommerce experience with focus on Omni Channel capabilities
  • Understanding of online shopper funnel
  • Help build roadmaps, partnering with stakeholders and different team members (Technical leads, Lead product managers, engineers)
  • Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of products in payments or ecommerce/retail.
