Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for tactical and strategic analysis, development, design, implementation, and design of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment You will be a trusted advisor who assists multiple departments with requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, customization design, testing strategy, solution deployment, and ongoing support of data-driven, business focused, technology solutions primarily through but not limited Microsoft Dynamics 365 and corresponding programming languages that extend its capabilities via plugins, APIS and power automate. This position will also analyze and support current deployed solutions and identify modern approaches to continuously improve and enhance including deep knowledge of Dynamics latest releases, new products and interaction across the Microsoft landscape. As a part of the User Experience process, they will be an advocate for quality design and will help to gather and communicate client feedback to the rest of the team.
Job Details:
- Extensive, demonstrative experience in development of plugins, workflows and other data flow processes in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in configuration, performance tuning, customization of existing technical data flows solutions within Dynamics O365
- Expertise in designing, troubleshooting and implementing bi-directional API integrations leveraging personal skills and available resources
- Conduct code reviews with business and IT resources for functionality, UX and security best practices
- Demonstrative experience translating end user “stories” into real working UX and functionality examples ranging from javascript plugin development to workflow configuration and implementing them into long term solutions for business needs
- Experience with overall system level architecture including reviewing existing designs, creating technical specifications and recommending and implementing enhancements
- Be able to analyze complex pre-deployed solutions when there is minimal documentation and improve or redesign based on priorities and available workload
- Understand and leverage the Microsoft stack of technologies that are leveraged within Dynamics including Power Automate and PowerBI for security best practices and to maintain data integrity
- Be a key partner with business units to strategize and scope new requests, future enhancements and expansion of Dynamics usage

Background Experiences
o 2-year technical degree in information science or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o 5 years relevant experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer including onPrem and D365 versions
o 5 years relevant experience with plugin and workflow development including .NET, Javascript, API, SQL, PowerBI and Power Automate as necessary
o Have a strong knowledge of common back-end technologies including SQL Server
