Job Description :

Contract to hire role- Need Visa Independent candidates

5-8 Years Experience in the following: 

  • Strong demonstrated analytical skills applied to business software solutions maintenance and/or development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL to write complex to extract and analyze the data
  • Very good understanding of database fundamentals, tables, indexes
  • Adept at reading data models, data dictionary and figuring out various data points and how they are related to each other
  • Data analysis using advanced Excel skills
  • Experience documenting Source to Target mappings and similar documents to provide data lineage and data transformation logic
  • Strong process analysis & documentation skills
  • Excellent communication/writing skills, interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to detail, highly organized, and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Understanding of claims adjudication process, particularly in a health care environment
  • Experience in a Data Warehouse/Data Lake development environment in a data analytical role
  • Bachelors (Health administration; business administration; software engineering or related degree required)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to review and document business and technical requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of various data requirements to identify and document data sources, data transformation rules
  • Write SQL queries to perform data analysis and to support ETL development
  • Working in a scrum team, attend daily standups and other agile ceremonies and actively partner with developers and testers
  • Provide testing support as required to ensure data integrity and data quality
