Job responsibilities include :
Analysis of requirements
Develop software as per project defined software process
On-time delivery of artifacts
Resolve technical issues of projects
Explore alternate design
Develop LLD
Peer Review of LLD
Demonstrate successful completion of the analysis, technical design, and programming assignments
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases and test data
Ability to contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life
cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge
Code & unit test cases should be delivered with high quality and on time - “Right-first-time” practice
Coding and testing in TeamConnect
Adherence & Contribution to process improvements
Prepare/Analyze/ Review system documentation
Review work products of junior team members
Initiate/Participate in Peer reviews
Mentor\Train members of project groups as a part of knowledge management activity
Ability to validate/prepare estimates for work in conjunction with the Lead
Provide status updates to TL/PM/ as required
Inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
Provide data for Metrics collection
Implementation and Usage of project related tools
Technical Skills:
JAVA/J2EE/TeamConnect
Oracle / SQL Server knowledge
Process Skills:
Should have followed Support / Incident Management in prior projects
Should have followed standard SDLC development process
