Job Title: Service Now Architect ( Consultant).

Location: Remote - Candidate should be in USA

Duration : 6 months

Job Type: Contract on C2C basis

Interview Process: 2 Internal Discussion with Trianz Technical Panel + Final Round with client and initial tech screening call with Sourcing. All calls will be a videocall through MS Teams

Will be Reporting to: Trianz Delivery Manager Tentative start --- By August end or 1st week of September.

ServiceNow architect

The following are must skill

Integration Hub

  • Strong Rest API experience
  • Must have Architect Expereince

Primary Skills:

  • Responsible for designing and configuring architectural solutions in ServiceNow and will be responsible for driving the overall implementation.
  • Design and architect projects involving ITSM, ITOM, Integration Hubs involving spokes related to AD, Azure and SCCM, Service Catalog Management, Configuration Management Database and and Business Service Management Applications.
  • Experience in cloud applications and security associated with cloud computing ( SaaS/PaaS environment).
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommends solutions continual service improvements ServiceNow Modules, JavaScript, Web services, Rest APIs, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hubs, Spokes, ServiceNow Workflows, Mobile Applications, UI Builder, UI Pages (Jelly and Glide scripts), UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Ajax Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, Migration skills
  • Hands on Experience in ITSM applications, CMDB, ITOM applications like ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management and ServiceNow Mapping is must and Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Timecard, Software Asset Management are preferred.
