We are looking for a strong IT Systems Analyst, that is highly motivated, energetic, and talented to join our worldwide IT team. In this role you will serve as the primary contact to internal clients and users supporting and administrating various applications.

The ideal candidate is a high performer, with outstanding communication, functional, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills, that thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Your day to day

  • Participate on a team that is responsible for support and administration of applications used across the business globally including defect tracking software, collaboration tools, front and back-end ticketing systems and more.
  • Research problems, plan solutions, recommend software and systems.
  • Gather requirements from business users and map to application features/functionalities.
  • Develop analysis & design considerations, implementation estimates, and schedule timelines.
  • Administer backend support and builds on ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Coordinate development to meet business or other requirements.
  • Assist users and Service Desk with support calls for various applications, e.g., basic application administration, troubleshooting, provide permission, set up users, modify configurations, etc.
  • May be required to analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems, database and software.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Work with other key IT associates when needed and to implement changes when necessary.
  • Follow IT governance practices including PMO and IT Security when applicable.
  • Create end-user documentation and document process as needed or required.
  • Completion of all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Goals.


What you bring to the team

  • Have 8+ years? experience in a IT Systems Analyst role supporting business units globally.
  • Have frontend and backend experience with Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow or
  • SharePoint Applications
  • A degree in an Information Technology field or equivalent is desired.
  • Working knowledge of databases; hands-on skills with databases, SQL, and reporting a plus.
  • Possess lightweight programming/scripting skills (e.ge. JScript, VBscript, VBA, etc) a plus
  • Have problem solving skills and hands-on experience in application administration\support.
  • Technical background and familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and hardware platforms
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and turning them into solutions.
  • Ability to work directly with business users in various global regions including China, India, Russia, UK, and more
  • Excellent communication skills - persistent, with attention to detail - including documentation (architecture, design, and training)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; commitment to meet set deadlines.
  • Are a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and flexibility, quick and resourceful learner.
  • Can work independently and within a team environment.
  • Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
