Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Position type: (Hybrid Role: On site Tues-Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)
- Developing and implementing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Leading and managing project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
- Managing project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
- Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
- Senior Project Managers should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP Required for all Project Management roles.
- Customer Operations Business Project Manager for a joint IT Project
- Deliver business requirements as defined in project scope
- Support executive and key stakeholder updates
- Partner with Customer Operations and IT key stakeholders as well as IT Project Manager and Project Financial Analyst to deliver full project outcomes
- Key focus on change management and implementation of IT changes to impacted business and functional areas
- Development of stakeholder lists and stakeholder impact assessments
- Develop and implement change management plans
- Partner with Communications and Regulatory supporting messaging and impacts to customer
- Identify and support training needs as a result of changes to key business processes
