Description: Job description covers both roles but is not exact for day to day but cares for all the areas of coverage. 1 role is Offer manager for our online business, tracking and looking at the data and driving the right offer priorities and capabilities for online. Second are performance and business cases for upgrade and trade-in experience/customers online.  

 LOCATION: Bothell, WA preferred additional locations are Atlanta, Dallas, and El Segundo. Due to COVID-19 this position will begin remote; however once restrictions lift candidate will be expected to return to the office at lease 2-3 days per week. •    Drive offer execution of upgrade and trade-in experiences ensuring data visualization is realized and business decisions are clearly articulated throughout the Lifecyle of the quarterly budget to all teams. Making data driven decisions and focusing on future offer clarity for our online customers by using video, live virtual assistants, automated chatbots, and other key functionalities to drive digital adoption 

•    Use personalization to build an existing customer experience online; partners with Studio and does 360 views ongoing to ensure we are maximizing on our traffic and content. 

•    Track all capabilities future benefits and realized benefits clearly and succinctly reducing the operational spin for leadership reviews and stakeholder communications. 

•    Vastly improve our data tracking (business value), execution, and communication to key stakeholders by formulating new processes and improving the ones that we do have; automate our tracking processes (we have no process today)  

•    Maintain and build Quantum Metrics dashboards to clearly articulate upgrade improvements, gaps, risks, and friction points and turn them into new functionalities and/or defect management 

•    Hold product teams accountable to Big Rocks in conjunction with clear benefit tracking  

•    Drive new offers for online in our upgrade space – closer coupons and other unique inexpensive offers by using test and learn efforts | Offer role manages all lines of wireless business.  

•    Device and offer execution – business benefits, business levers, new ideation, unique experiences to drive up close rates, and communication of bottom line impacts and strategy 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and oversee eCommerce projects.  
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, service/support, and Web design and development teams to ensure that eCommerce solutions support business strategy and integrate with website.  
  • Identify projects, develop business cases, and manage aspects of projects from concept through to implementation.  
  • Manage the implementation of ecommerce projects for effectiveness, by analyzing data from customer satisfaction surveys, click stream data, and web analytics; report all findings, as well as suggestions for additional improvements based on the data acquired.  
  • This position requires knowledge of website design in order to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high-quality customer interaction in all customer touch points. 
  • May create website strategy, design online promotional programs for digital products or services to support existing customers or to acquire new customers.  
  • Manage the implementation of eCommerce marketing, sales, and service and support programs and analyze their effectiveness.  
  • Work without supervision on highly complex projects.  
  • Complete latitude for independent judgment. Assist less experienced peers. Expert knowledge of the field. 
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store. 
  • Creating frameworks that transform/support our social media strategies into highly profitable close rates online.

  • Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar. 
  • Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager. 
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies. 
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce. 
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.

    1) Responsible for leading/managing end to end management of all aspects of the development and implementation of the assigned complex project/program which includes but not limited to budget, schedule, communication, deliverables, risks and progress reporting.  
    2) Require high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs.  
    3) Lead cross functional teams to deliver the defined solutions within the allotted timeline and budget. Draft and manage scope of work and timeline in coordination with the Program Director and end clients.  
    4) Identifies project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project/program team, and identifies resources and implementation strategy.  
    5) Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies.  
    6) Ensure adherence to client’s quality standards, internal processes and reviews project/program deliverables.  
    7) Identify and takes appropriate action to drive the analysis and solutions of problems.

         8) Collaborates/partners with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.  
         9) Manage the integration of vendor tasks as well as tracks & review.

         10) Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders/leadership as required.
