Highlighted in yellow are must have skills The Sr. Performance Engineer will be responsible for the Design & Execution of performance test scripts and scenarios using HP LoadRunner/Performance Center tools and Analysis of test reports and root cause analysis of any application/system bottlenecks. The engineer is responsible for conducting both component and UI Level performance tests. Technical Skills - Must Have at least 10+ years of experience in performance testing with at least 6+ years in writing Performance scripts in LoadRunner.
- Ability to define and drive the performance test approach and methodology for extensive enterprise web solutions
- Experience in identifying and analyzing performance test requirements and results to understand level of risk
- Proficient in Load runner scripting with different protocol like Http, HTML, Web Service, Tru-Client, Citrix, etc.,
- Strong knowledge in developing and analyzing performance issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in using monitoring tools like Foglight, nmon, Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, JMeter, IBM ISA tools for GC and Heap analysis, Wireshark, etc.,
- Comfortable with the operating systems: LINUX, UNIX, WINDOWS and associated performance counters and navigation
- Experience in writing Unix shell scripting is a plus
- Comfortable with Web Services/API testing tools like SOAP UI & RestClient
- Familiarity with Application servers like Websphere, Weblogic & Tomcat
- Knowledge in Load testing on Azure cloud platform
- Knowledge of A e experience manager is a plus
- Basic knowledge of office tools like Word and excel
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
