Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
10 15 years' experience in multiple IT disciplines and 5 - 7 years' experience with Salesforce

· Master's degree
· Salesforce certifications
· Mulesoft Certifications
· Health insurance industry business knowledge
Critical Skills
· An Architect is not required to have experience in all of these but is required to have those needed to support applications they are responsible for supporting.
· Salesforce, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, REST & SOAP-based web services, Vlocity, HTML5/XML, Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified App Builder
· Microsoft 365
· SAFe Agile
· Healthcare experience not required.
