Job Description :

Senior BPR Analysy must be able to do the following:
•    Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, requirements, rules, and data
•    Conduct rapid improvement sessions with stakeholders, identifying gaps and opportunities for future efficiencies and process improvements
•    Analyze current state processes and align to future state system capabilities
•    Educate business users on new business policies, processes, and procedures
•    Create, monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance
•    Work in close coordination with Business Transformation, Functional and OCM teams
•    Support the development of contractual deliverables associated with the BPR effort, including reports and presentations delivered to program leadership
Qualifications:
•    Ability to undergo a background investigation 
•    Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree
•    Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
•    Strong presentation and facilitation skills
•    Microsoft Suite Expertise including Visio and Project
•    Ability to assess the current state of an organization and its components
•    Ability to define the direction and strategy for business process redesign while ensuring organizational needs are being addressed 
•    Experience in finance or accounting
•    Experience in organizational design, preferred
•    Experience supporting Oracle Cloud or EBS, preferred
•    Preferred Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
Required:
•    3 years or more of experience supporting Oracle Cloud, EBS, or other COTS implementation projects
•    3 or more years of experience in change management
•    3 or more years of experience in local, state, or federal sector work environments
