Responsibilities:
• Facilitation and organization of Scrum Team Events (Review, Planning, Refinements), as requested
CSM with exposure to Banking projects.
Should manage project within Fixed Cost
PMP & CSM certification is a huge plus.
• Assist PO and Team in effective road mapping and planning for the product and development teams
• Identification of any roadblocks to the team and taking proactive action to resolve these.
• Strong experience identifying and guiding teams through areas for improvement (process, development practices, internal and external impediments)
• Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience
• Work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies, flow of work, and value delivered.
