Shipment cost creations
Hands on knowledge to update data
Monitor queues
Physica Inventory EWM and IM
Stock reconiliations betweeen EWM and IM.
Customer and Supplier returns
Customer consignments
Soft Skills
Will need to work with user with no ticket since this is an IT support
User will tell probelm and support needs to be provided by investigating.
Should be able to be very patient and reapproach users since they may not provide the details and they need to break ice.
Should very blendable with users
Should be able to cut across domains and coordinate and drive issues.
Strong multi task capability like attend meetings and be supporting
