Must have Skills : 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP IS Retail and SAP SD with at least 2-3 full implementation cycle experience Knowledge and experience with SAP systems and processes that support wholesale and retail capabilities Support design/development of custom requirements within SAP-R Understands, SAP IS Retail functions including Point of sales data management, Inventory management, Product allocation and Replenishment, consumer sales data flow and revenue recognition, sales through various channels including digital Assist in integration workshops, functional specification of interface developments Conduct manual activities and validations for configuration scenarios Provides application engineering support. Configure application processes, parameters and workflows to meet the product needs Strong experience in business and data analysis, data profiling, data migration, and data integration Performs data analysis, documents source to target mapping, business rules and data definitions through effective data profiling Troubleshoots and supports issues and recommends improvements Ensures the quality of feature testing by developing a comprehensive test strategy for both manual and automated testing Prior technology experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites Good to Have skills : Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, JIRA, preferred Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc Experience in the field of supply chain, inventory management and ABAP will be a plus
