Job Description:

Lead customers through design and functional
discussions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the customers’ business processes and requirements
Provide recommendations on customer solution based on existing gaps between system capabilities and customer business needs and goals
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on the functional capabilities of the commerce platform Hybris Commerce
Define functional business requirements and creates specification documentation
Collaborate with core project team members to accurately capture requirements, manage scope and project timeline
Provide customer specific training and documentation on the commerce platform and any customizations specific to the customer project
Basic, Required Qualifications:

Minimum five years of SAP Hybris-related (Commerce) functional experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementations
Minimum three years'' experience in business analysis related to Hybris/Commerce
Minimum three years'' experience with merchandising, content management, site search optimization Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Search, email, Social)
Minimum three years'' experience with order management, payment process, fraud, taxation, fulfilment, customer service
Other Desired qualifications for this role include:

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris commerce) - Functional Certification
Knowledge or experience with other ecommerce platforms
Experience in Agile methodology and usage of tools like Jira, SharePoint etc.
Experience in working with client in the manufacturing sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in technical writing and functional specification documentation
