Job Description :

Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for managing the Salesforce application development and solution architecture and working closely with the business stakeholders to develop and deliver the Salesforce strategic roadmap to support business objectives.

The incumbent is responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud (Service, Community, Workflow) and integrations (DocuSign eSignature and CLM, FormAssembly, Conga.)

Closely manages the project life cycle, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Establishes Customer Relationships focused on the inclusion of customer needs and feedback in application support activities.

Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving conversations with business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision of Salesforce across a series of projects for BFS.
Partners with the Salesforce Developers, Programmers, Business Analysts, and consultants responsible for Salesforce Solutions at BFS.

Daily and ongoing management and oversight of change implementation, enhancements, and support of these applications in conjunction with the application teams and consultants.

This position will ensure proper IT processes are followed, and documentation has been completed.

This role is a hands-on position that will also include on call support, monitoring and troubleshooting of-call support, and troubleshooting application issues and performance.

Exhibits strong task and project management skills to manage tasks in a range of sizes and complexity to ensure project milestones are successfully completed on time and within budget.
