Salesforce /Marketing cloud admin
Mandatory Skill :
· Overall Experience of 5 to 8 years in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud applications - Experience with Lightning, Visual Force, JavaScript and Apex controllers.
· Highly experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Journey Creation and Data Extensions.
· Hands-on experience developing and supporting campaigns on SFMC, including Journey Builder, Automation studio and Email Studio.
· Hands-on experience in SFMC campaign optimization, Salesforce customization and campaign testing.
· Knowledge in Audience Builder.
· Create A/B and multivariate testing based on criteria such as segmentation and Filters.
· Create business rules and queries to develop advanced segmentation.
· Ability to report on Support Incidents, Problem tickets and ensure tickets are closed on timely fashion.
· Participate in daily monitoring and analyzing of application logs, troubleshooting any failures and working closely with the internal development team to identify resolutions.
· Support testing and ensuring quality of the software is maintained as per the requirements.
· Salesforce admin certification is preferred.
