• Ability to learn an application quickly and help maintain and create trainingliterature
• Gather/create/capture requirements for additions or changes to theapplication that are prioritized with leadership
• Summarize the needed changes by creating “user stories” or describing theneeds of the team in a standardized format.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for each new release of the application
• Educate and train peers and establish a support network of super users toeducate and train the team
