Inside Sales Specialist : Chicago IL
Work location: Chicago HQ’s (Post-COVID)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prior expertise in selling IT SaaS Products, preferably Testing products
· Source new sales appointments/opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls through emails, personal connections, and other channels
· Exhibits a broad knowledge of multiple or related industries to help/develop actionable insights from existing use cases
· Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process and importance of inside sales contribution
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Research accounts, identify key personas to generate necessary traction & interest
· Maintain, nurture and expand personas with messages that add value
· Develop best-in-class account research, opportunity assessment for the new prospects
· Strong usage of Social selling skills and other new age selling techniques to increase outreach
· Proactively assist the onsite sales/client partners in identifying opportunities
· Continuously and relentlessly increase awareness of available dataset and market intelligence tools, capabilities, and practices
· Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Solid experience in selling IT SaaS products/IPs
· Exhibit thought leadership across any one or all of the Practices – Testing, Integration, Digital
· 5 to 6 yrs of proven experience in business development, strategic research, and inside sales
· Experience in managing a team of Inside Side professionals – 3 to 4 resources
· Also, perform the role of an individual contributor against the set targets
· Achiever, goal & target oriented
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Strong, clear voice with high energy and good phone presence
· Customer-focused mentality and a winning, positive attitude
· Successfully pursue new and existing customers through effective outbound calling strategies
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
