Rebuild our process to generate an artificial dataset that is real-world-like, for manual-testing or user facing demo purposes.
Setup and redesign the data generation flow with the following principles:
Performance: Generating a relatively small dataset should not take hours
Maintainability: Build good abstractions that are easily modifiable by teams that are adding new features
Stability: Make the dataset generation flow hard-to-break by mistakes.
