| Job Description | • Support custom reservation applications, written in RPG, running on the IBM-i (AS/400) platform
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Deploy fixes and enhancements
• Handle duty phone calls
• Own, investigate, and resolve reported defects
• Code software in a way that is reliable, efficient, reusable, and well documented
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures including Change Management, Incident Management, SOX, PCI, and coding standards
• Perform other duties as required |
| Required Skills | • Strong programming skills with recent RPG and iSeries experience
• Minimum of 5 years RPG experience
• Proficient with several RPG versions such as RPG III, RPG IV, RPG ILE, and RPG Free
• Able to use Integrated Development Environments such as RDi, or RDp
• Experience with analytical tools such as Hawkeye and X-Analysis
• Familiar with change management tools such as Turnover
• Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with large, enterprise software systems
• Ability to work independently |
