Follow established testing processes and procedures to ensure reliability, accuracy and thorough gathering and analysis of data
Maintain knowledge of existing, current and newly developed base station products and components
Assist with creation of Test Plan, Trouble Reports, automation scripts, MOP, etc. & generate of problem reports, and insuring the satisfactory resolution of all problems
Keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies through attendance and participation at conferences and by reading technical journals, publications and Website technical resources.
Prepares reports, compiles and analyzes data, and engineering information for the effectivecommunication of processes, results, plans, recommendations and conclusion
Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported from regional team
Able to create/review Engineering MOPs
Able to process and analyze UE logs to root cause wireless network issue and able to provide remedy in timely manner.
Able to lead troubleshooting bridge and maneuver investigation is logical direction.
Able to understand CIQ parameters that are required to integrate a 4G and 5G site.
Able to understand meaning and criticality of 4G & 5G RF parameters.
Experience with industry standard UE data collection, post processing and RF design tools.
5G experience is a plus.
Good communication skill and command in English is key.
Background/Experience required:
Bachelor Degree in engineering with more than 10 years of directly related experience required
Must have strong knowledge and experience with 4G and 5G Standards, Deployment, Test, Optimization and Troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in NR NSA and SA 3GPP standard.
Must be able to write, read, analyze and interpret technical journals and procedures
Must be able to support presentation of technical information in various business settings to audiences of varying backgrounds
Must be able to troubleshooting RF related issues
Strong knowledge in LTE/5G Air Interface, PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers
Must have a valid US driver???s license
Ability to travel sporadically during the project -50%
