- Minimum 5 years experience as test engineer or test architect responsible for test planning, test case design and execution for large-scale enterprise projects with focus on e-commerce order processing and backend automation.
- Hands-on experience employing automation testing tools and strategy within integrated test environment requiring validation across multiple touchpoint API’s, microservices, email/SMS communications, file feeds, UI components.
- Experience with SCRUM / Agile, DevOps methodology and automation testing experience with Java, Selenium, Katalon, etc.
- Testing scope and responsibilities include E2E/integration, regression, progression, performance and production-validation testing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, position works closely with product owners, project managers and across multiple scrum teams to coordinate testing effots and report status to project stakeholders and leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Review requirements and writing, updating test cases, troubleshooting defects and analyzing test results.
2) Execute test cases, logging defects, triaging defects and testing multiple mobile devices. Reporting status to Test lead and Test Mgr.
3) Act as sub-lead for specific functional areas of a project or multiple concurrent projects.
4) Participate in test planning and in testing activities on multiple devices for multiple projects.
5) Testing - review requirements, analyzing requirements, determining testing needs, writing and reviewing test cases, running test cases, troubleshooting, logging and regressing defects and analyzing test results; point of escalation for team members and will work closely with project stakeholders.
