Role: Project Manager with Teradata
Location: Remote (preference is to come to Chicago IL/Buffalo Grove IL or TX or Scottsdale)
Duration: 6 months extension minimum
Salary: $70-$75/hr
Notes 8/26:
* Overall, HM wanted us to focus on candidates who can plan multi-year/multi-million dollar programs/budgets.
* This person must be able to travel in 4-6 times per year to Scottsdale, Buffalo grove, or Dallas. They do not cover expenses. If someone is truly a perfect fit and remote, they MIGHT consider this. However, they really would prefer someone willing to come onsite. She also reminded me that this person will need to have that executive Prescence/networking abilities.
* They passed on our candidates since they were not true Program managers. They were PMs that maybe collected/reported data/managed labor/managed hardware or software projects, but they were not at the hands-on program management level she needed. She also wanted more of a focus on handling multi-million dollar budgets. The previous CVS component is helpful, but should not limit our search. So, that is no longer a priority for them.
Must Haves:
-Teradata is useful

-budget management and finance management
-experience with how CVS does budgeting and how CVS finances work is ideal
-detail oriented/comfortable presenting materials/packaging materials to present to execs
-manage a large program of efforts in moving Teradata workload to the cloud
-Single program/multiple projects at the same time – supporting them – set up the program that the projects will roll up into
-technical program/project manager – familiarly with the terms/technologies – vocab
-ideal candidate is able to package/produce presentations
-understand CAPx and OPx budget
-Power point creation
-Executive presence is KEY
-more than just an admin/role up their sleeves/multiple hats from the get go
• Strong budget and finance background
• Familiar with how CVS bureaucracy or someone that has worked in a large complex environment within budget finance and procurement. Would love to take someone with CVS experience
• Program/project management skill, executive dashboard reporting, executive level presentation
• Driving a large program with some degree of vendor and staff confidentiality-
