Scope of Work:
1) Senior Project Manager to manage the end-to-end life cycle of project implementations was various COVID-19 projects
2) PMP certified Project Manager
3) Expert experience in:
? Performing client interviews/Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
? As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping
? Creation of Functional Requirements Document
? Communication of technical information to non-technical communities
? MS Project
? MS Visio
4) PM will work directly with COVID-19 project resources to include developers, architects, and testers to manage successful implementations
5) Experience in working in an agile manner to adjust project timelines and resource tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
6) Candidate will work side-by-side with County staff, to include upper management, to facilitate solution implementations.
7) Report directly to the COVID-19 Program Director
