Job Description :

 

Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance to Projects Managers with documenting plans, schedules, status reports, meetings, and/or change requests.
  • Monitor the daily progress of projects.
  • Plan meetings and organizing project logistics.
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate assigned special projects and update project information.
  • Ensure team members have the tools and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
  • Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
  • Perform related work as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
