SQLDetailed Job Description:Minimum 5 + years’ experience as Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application.Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API’s which shall be used across digital channels.Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responsesStrong Product Owner with ability to communicate at leadership level.Certified POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.Lead the scrum team’s priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies; working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partnersAlign with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First)Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actionsPartner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrityWrite user stories & groom the scrum team’s backlog; in partnership with the teamManage release-specific business documents, such as support models, go/no-go approvals, internal release notes, and moreProvide product demos to key stakeholdersLead production business validations, in partnership with product managersPartner with scrum teams on rollout and post-production supportGood understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.Good understanding of Corporate, Investment Banking Digital application and business processManaged Customer onboarding and CRM applications.Developed specific data mapping, policies and procedures for digital retail/commercial productsConnect and align Commercial Truist application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for MergerCoordinate with testing partners and execute functional test casesAt least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS VisioAt least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deploymentAt least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelMinimum years of experience*:5+Certifications Needed: NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:1.Day to day to BA activities, Coordination with stakeholders2.Evaluate and create product backlog3.TestingInterview Process (Is face to face required?)No
