Job Description:

They have IT service management data warehouse with ServiceNow data and they need to build data models to enable developers build dashboards using those data products. They have some basic Power BI reports put together already but they didn’t have a proper BI Analyst on the team yet and were just working with a data analyst to do the job. So they are looking for an experienced data modeler who can also develop some sophisticated Power BI reports to enhance their existing reports and build new ones around service metrics and management views, etc.
