Responsibilities
Responsible for overall content remediation workstream for 2-3 Business Units
Establish plans for project scope and work breakdown structure, critical path and baseline structures, project communication, risk analysis, mitigation and closure
Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders, detail data, tasks and processes
Raise project issues, blockers, risks and communicating in a timely manner to the stakeholders
Supervise a team with various skillsets including graphic designers, content writers, CAD/CAM Engineers by developing effective collaboration touchpoints, appropriate task assignments, and finally delivering quality product within time and budget.
Manage and create continuous pipeline of work for external resources
Utilize project tracking and management tools, viz. Jira, Workfront
Skills
8+ years of extensive project management experience involving projects related to web design and content management and web analytics
Experience working in industry standard Project Management tools, preferably Jira and Workfront
Experience in software/technology or marketing
Knowledge and direct experience working with leading CMS and DAM platforms (Sitecore, WebDAM etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations
Experience working effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment and can provide deliverables under tight deadlines
A process-driven individual who has effectively managed and executed complex, multi-layer work streams
Strong at multi-tasking and project management skills with a team player mentality.
